Accessibility
We want all learners to enjoy comfortable and inclusive visits to our attractions. Our accessibility support helps students with additional needs take part fully.
Each attraction has an accessibility guides with detailed information to help you plan your visit. These guides cover facilities, access routes, and any special considerations for students with different needs.
We also provide visual stories for each attraction. These show students what to expect, including sights, sounds, smells, and touch experiences. They help learners prepare for the visit and understand the multi-sensory aspects of activities.
Please tell our Reservations team about any additional access needs your group may have. We have a range of resources and support available. Contact us via email at [email protected] or call 01904 615505.
